Heatflam AHP AIRFLO® Series In-Duct Firing Line Burner

High-performance modular in-duct burner for direct-fired make-up/process air heating. Features cast iron/aluminum body & V-shaped stainless steel mixing plates, ensuring odor-free combustion, stable flame & superior emissions vs standard models.

Core Highlights:

  • Superior emissions: Lower CO/NO₂, meets global air quality standards
  • High heat output: Up to 1,000,000 Btu/h per foot
  • 30:1 turndown ratio, supports staged combustion for higher flexibility
  • Short flame (6–28 inches): Ideal for space-constrained ducts
  • Dual models: AHP1 (high gas pressure) & AHP2 (low gas pressure)
  • Corrosion-resistant options: AL (aluminum body) & ALSS (enhanced protection)
  • Temp tolerance: Up to 600°F upstream, 1000°F downstream (model-dependent)
  • Multi-fuel compatible: NG, propane, butane
  • Modular assembly: Custom configs with 6”/12”/18”/24” sections, elbows, tees
