Terms of Service

We strive to display as accurately as possible the specifications, colors, and images of our products. However, given the highly customized nature of industrial combustion systems (ranging from 30 kW to 80 MW), final specifications will be detailed in the technical agreement or commercial invoice provided for each specific order.

The Company reserves the right to modify the technical specifications of its products to improve performance or comply with new regulations (e.g., Low NOx standards) without prior notice, provided such changes do not adversely affect the agreed-upon performance parameters.

Payment Terms: Standard payment terms for international orders are typically T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight, unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed upon in the sales contract.

Taxes & Duties: Prices quoted are generally Ex-Works or FOB Shanghai unless otherwise specified. The Client is responsible for all import duties, VAT, and other taxes applicable in the destination country.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates based on current production schedules. Custom engineered systems and skid-mounted solutions may require longer lead times for R&D, manufacturing, and testing.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from the Company are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB terms), unless CIF/DDP terms are agreed upon.

Limited Warranty: We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation (unless performed by our team), misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., electrodes, nozzles).

Liability Cap

In no event shall Shanghai Yan Controlled Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of our products. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All content, designs, schematics, technical drawings, and trademarks (including the "Heatflam" brand) associated with our products are the exclusive property of Shanghai Yan Controlled Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.

The Client is granted a limited license to use the technical documentation provided solely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the purchased equipment. Reproduction or distribution of our proprietary designs to third parties for manufacturing purposes is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shanghai, China.
