- Customized Design:Non-standard dual-fuel heavy oil and natural gas piping systems can be designed and manufactured according to the specific needs and requirements of the user, including pipeline layout, pipe material selection, connection methods, valve and instrument configuration, etc. They are fully functional, with both heavy oil and natural gas pipelines possessing all functions such as shut-off, regulation, pressure monitoring, internal and external leak detection, and local control. Special fuel heavy oil pipelines include a heavy oil purging function to prevent solidification and blockage within the pipeline. A heavy oil heating tank configuration can also be added.
- Safety Assurance: The industrial combustion system and piping/valve assembly systems comply with European standard EN746-2. The internal safety controller can use Siemens LMV series or Honeywell SLATE controllers, both capable of system control.
- Quality Control:During the manufacturing process of non-standard heavy oil and natural gas piping systems, strict quality control is carried out according to relevant standards and specifications to ensure that the quality and performance of the products meet the requirements.
