The Eclipse-AirHeat RAH series burner supplies combustion air via an external blower. The burner operates within an air recirculation flow, and the upstream temperature can reach up to 400°C.
- Design: Designed and manufactured to meet specific process requirements and customer specifications, the combustion system conforms to European standard EN746-2 and kiln standard NFPA 86. It features an integrated end-plate valve assembly for easy disassembly, maintenance, and replacement of burners and components.
- High Energy Utilization: The integrated design is suitable for catalytic furnace piping connections. Combustion utilizes heat recovery through a circulating fan. Optimized combustion chamber structure and combustion parameters improve fuel utilization and combustion efficiency.
- Waste Gas Treatment: Equipped with waste gas treatment equipment, the system uses catalytic reaction activation energy to oxidize waste gas at low temperatures, purifying and discharging it to meet environmental protection requirements.
- Stability and Reliability: The waste gas catalytic combustion system employs advanced control systems and safety equipment to ensure combustion stability and reliability.
