Heatflam HLV AIRFLO® Series In-Duct Firing Line Burner

Modular in-duct line burner for heating moving process air. Utilizes air stream as combustion air, ensuring stable combustion & seamless integration.

Core Highlights:

  • Wide temp tolerance: Up to 1050°F upstream, 1700°F outlet (model-dependent)
  • Low O₂ compatible: Down to 12% vol, no extra primary air needed
  • Ultra-low emissions, meets global air quality standards
  • Modular & versatile: 5 core models, 17 varieties for custom needs
  • Durable materials: Gray iron/ductile iron/aluminum bronze + stainless steel/Hastelloy-X
  • Flexible capacity: 0.03–2.5 MBtu/h per foot, stable at 0.2–2.5” wc static pressure
